The gearboxes for fracturing plunger pumps are applied to large power, extreme high pressure and continuous working for long hours under complex working conditions. They utilize the planetary driving structure of hardened gears, and have compact structure, small size, light weight and large load capacity.
Main structural features:
1. It consists of two main parts: the power end assembly and the fluid end assembly.
2.The pump adopts an integral crankshaft structure supported by heavy-duty cylindrical roller bearings. Two pairs of involute gears are installed at both ends of the crankshaft to transmit power, reducing transmission noise and extending gear life.
3.The pump is lightweight, compact, and high-pressure, enjoying a high market share as a standard product for large-scale fracturing trucks, with widespread applications in the market.
4.The fluid end and power end are connected by 20 alloy steel tie rods. When the fluid end is removed, the tie rods remain on the power end. The plunger and small connecting rod are connected using a clamp, facilitating easy disassembly and maintenance of the fluid end.
5.The fluid end assembly is equipped with four different sizes of plungers (3.75", 4", 4.5", 5") to achieve different pressures and displacements for customers to choose from.
