The three-phase oil immersed transformers produced by our company are a series of fully sealed three-dimensional wound iron core transformers that are different from traditional flat laminated iron core transformers. The iron core is composed of three-phase column rails arranged in a single frame three-dimensional triangle. Each column is continuously rolled with high-quality cold rail silicon copper thin strip, and the strip width is cut in a straight or curved line by a CNC cutting machine. The strip material is wound on the iron core winding machine to form a nearly circular or folded arc frame, and then subjected to vacuum nitrogen annealing treatment to eliminate processing stress, re orient the character, improve magnetic permeability, and enhance electromagnetic performance; The high and low voltage coils are wound directly on the iron core column paper with a dedicated winding machine. The overall structure is solid and compact, and the body is insulated with upper and lower rails and laminated wood. The coils are tightened with screws around them to make them stable and reliable, and can withstand the impact force of sudden short circuits.
