2.Q: Can I make my own design and logo on the product?
A: Can not, our products meet the national certification, welcome to provide your own products
of the whole machine temperature, voltage, current, application range. We can match you with
the right model.
3.Q: How to confirm the order with you?
A: The drawing is confirmed by both parties and the sample material is confirmed. According
to the drawing you provided, we have confirmed the estimated order number of samples
and the planned shipment cycle, and we will give you the quotation as soon as possible.
Payment terms, delivery time and other matters will then be negotiated, after which the
order can be fully confirmed and production can proceed.
4.Q: What's your Payment Terms?
A: For the first order of all customers, we pay 30% deposit after confirming the samples, and pay
all costs in full before sending the goods. Generally, there are 10 samples, and the freight is
borne by the customers.
5.Q: How long does it take to make samples?
A: Samples are usually 10-30 days after receiving the deposit. It also depends on each
requirement.Samples are sent by DHL,UPS,EMS,TNT, etc.We suggest that the customer
can send us a prototype and we will give him a matching thermostat. If you are using other
brands of thermostat, please provide drawings for our reference, we will try our best to make
samples. If it is a new product development, it is best to send the prototype to us for matching.
6.Q:How can we get a quote
A: Please provide product specifications, such as using temperature, voltage, current, application, quantity, delivery address, etc., welcome to the drawing to sample reference.
7.Q:Could I got a sample to test before I place my order
A: Of course, we can provide samples for you to test. But I still hope that you can send the
whole machine to us for testing, so that I can provide samples that meet the requirements.
8.Q:Do I need to pay for the sample?
A:No, we will send the sample via your DHL UPs Fedex account (delivery fee is required)
9.Q:How long will you deliver the goods after I ordered.
A: The lead time for mass production is determined by your order, usually 30-90 days after sample confirmation.
10.Q:Order MOQ:
A:The minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces.
