DESCRIPTION
This machine is mainly developed and designed for ultra-fine powder that is easy to raise dust; powder with high-precision packaging requirements. It completes high and low speed filling, metering and lifting according to the signal given by the load cell. It is suitable for packaging milk powder, additives, carbon powder, fire extinguisher dry chemical, other ultra-fine powder, and powder with high-precision packaging requirements. The bottom-up filling design of the machine is unique. It has advantages of good accuracy, stable performance, easy operation etc.

Manually put bag/can on the machine → bag/container is raised → fast filling while bag/container going down → weight reaches the preset value → slow filling → weight reaches the target value → manually remove bag/container

TECHNICAL FEATURES
- Pneumatic bag clamping device and platform are mounted on load cell to realize fast and slow filling as per pre-set weight. The fast-response weighing system ensures high packaging accuracy.
- Servo motor drives the platform to go up and down, the up-down speed can be set freely, and basically no dust is raised to pollute the environment during filling.
- Screw is controlled by servo motor and driver with stable performance and high accuracy.
- PLC control, touch screen display, easy to operate.
- All stainless steel structure; combined hopper or half-open hopper, easy to observe and clean.
- The filling head is equipped with a hand wheel to adjust the height, which can easily realize packaging of various specifications.
- The fixed screw installation structure will not affect the material quality during filling.
