Dry mortar packing machine
Our dry mortar packing machine can pack all kinds of dry mortar, it has open bag and valve bag type. <o: P>
The packing range is 5-50kg/bag, the capacity is 200-300 bags/hour. For open mouth bag, the machine has belt conveyor and sewing machine with itself. It's convenient to sealing the bags. If you need, we also can provide heat sealing machine.
For valve bag, there is semi-automatic type and automatic type, when it's semi-automatic type, just put the valve mouth onto the outlet of valve bag packing machine, then push a button, the machine can clamp the bag then feed the material into bag and weigh it automatically, when it's finish, the clamp will loose and the bag will fall onto the belt conveyor.
For automatic type, we have bag applicator. Just put a pile of bags near the machine, the simple robot will take the bag and put onto the outlet of the machine.
