Spanning an impressive total area of 11,000m², the GeShi site includes a dedicated production area of 3,000m², equipped to support advanced manufacturing processes.
With an expected production capacity of 1,000,000 sets, we specialize in manufacturing a diverse range of products including gas & liquid capsules, cartridges, syringes, discs, integrity testers, filter housings, and specialized pharmaceutical equipment.
Our Quality Management System adheres to ISO 9001:2015 standards, ensuring excellence at every step.
Proudly accredited by CNAS, affirming our commitment to quality and reliability.
Sterilization Processes: CapsulePre-sterilized options available, with gamma irradiation ensuring safety before delivery.
Autoclaving version available for non-sterile delivery, designed to be safely autoclavable.
Cartridge Sterilization:
Designed for durability, withstanding up to 30 cycles at 134ºC for 30 minutes through SIP or autoclaving.
Engineered to maintain integrity under a Max. Positive Pressure Difference of ≤0.35 bar.
Biological Information
Our products boast an endotoxin level of <0.25EU/ml, ensuring safety and compliance.
Biocompatibility is guaranteed, meeting USP<87><88> standards for ultimate safety.
