1.The word's first application technology of separate heat-treatment in tooth material and backing material.
2.M51 tooth materail are quenched by Germany top vacuum furnace under 196 degree copious cooling technology,which make better performance on high red hardness,high hardness and wear resistance.
3.The tooth shape are specially designed,which are suitable for cutting different materials such as alloy steel,die steel ,carbon steel and stainless steel.
4.The high chromium alloy spring steel as backing material increased the crosswise tolerance and the anti-fatique tolerance.
