Multifunctional Vessel Bottom Cleaning Robot
Multifunctional Vessel bottom cleaning robot is an automatic equipment designed by our company for the low efficiency and high labor intensity of each ultra-high pressure water derusting bottom construction. It integrates remote control, vacuum recovery and high pressure water derusting tray system. Can carry 300mm or 500mm width rust removal tray. Operation efficiency can reach 60-100m2/H.
Only 1 need an operator can independently carry out the construction work, reduce personnel input at the same time also greatly reduce the labor intensity of construction personnel. And it's more productive than human labor.
For the curved position of the hull, we have designed and started to manufacture the Dragon II dock car. Our standard design is 6 meters of operation height. But this is not his limit, customized height requirements, up to 16 meters of operation height, size and weight will increase accordingly. The maximum efficiency can be up to about 100-140 square meters/hour with different operating widths. Combined with the external wastewater recovery system, the effect of solid-liquid separation and recovery can be achieved.
