Product Description
Metal hard seal ball valve is the latest development of high performance ball valve, to solve the sticky tape to prevent the sealing surface and high-temperature jamming phenomenon. The use of disc spring loaded seat seal structure, can effectively compensate for thermal expansion of the inner parts, easy to open and close at high temperatures, and sealed with a two-way function.
For users of different work conditions and requirements, you can use a variety of advanced hardening of the ball and seat technology, including supersonic spraying, nickel-based spray, special surface hardening, carbide spray and so on. In order to ensure that the valves in a variety of temperature and pressure of a reliable seal, ball and seat surface hardness can reach HRC60 or more generally, up to HRC74 or more.
Sealing surface material also has good abrasion resistance, erosion and other properties. Can be applied to most harsh working conditions.
For Class150 ~ 1500, PN1.6 ~ 16.0MPa, working temperature -29 ~ 425ºC (carbon steel) or -40 ~ 500 ºC (stainless steel) of various piping, cut off or connected to the pipeline for the media. Use of different materials, can be applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, urea, ash, and other oxidizing medium.
