- Tempered Glass Viewing Window and Interior Lighting: A tempered glass viewing window is designed with interior lighting to allow clear observation of the product's shrinking process, enabling faster and more convenient adjustments.
- 2 Double-layered Furnace Body and Independent Ventilation Valve Design:
Individual adjustment of the ventilation volume at the entrance, exit, and various sections within the furnace allows for quick removal of excess steam, achieving fine control of the interior temperature.
An inner furnace partition design separates the front and rear sections, reducing temperature interference and enhancing temperature control.
A double-row tube design at the top and bottom, along with a quick adjustment mechanism without tools, offers compatibility with all bottle types for a more aesthetically pleasing shrink effect.
Patented tool-free adjustment design allows for quick adjustments in height, depth, front-to-back position, and tilt without the need for tools.
A digital steam injection volume adjustment system. Each steam tube's regulating valve is equipped with a pointer-type gravity indicator, facilitating the digitization of steam injection volume. Adjustable valve positions are labeled with indicator stickers to enhance operational recognition, significantly reducing changeover time, especially for PET labels.
A pressure-equalizing air storage tank design, paired with a Spirax Sarco pressure reducing valve, maintains stable steam pressure.
