1. It's appropriate for the process of spherical holes, slot holes, key holes, special-shaped holes of business aluminium alloy profiles, doors associate degreed windows, curtain wall aluminum alloy profiles, and aluminum profile milling, chamfering, plane engraving and different processes.
 

2. The most shaft adopts an Italian cool main shaft with an influence of 9KW and a rotation speed of 24000 revolutions/min. it's high precision, sensible safety and high reliability.

3. Equipped with skilled CAD-CAM programming computer code for industrial numerical management system, it will be connected to domestic and foreign door and window curtain wall software and ERP, CAD graphics import, powerful functions, straightforward operation and high potency.

4. The table is turned 180°, -90°~0°~+90°, the profile will be processed on 3 sides at one time. once process deep through holes (shaped holes), deep hole processing will be completed by turning the worktable to enhance efficiency and sensible quality. .

5. The quality 6-bit/8-bit tool magazine can understand continuous and uninterrupted machining.

6. It uses an automatic mercury oil supply system, and the cutter adopts a spray cooling device controlled by the system.

7. The main parts of the machine tool are of steel construction, all of which have undergone vibration aging and stress relief treatment.
