Pole Body: Available in conical, square, or polygonal shapes, crafted from S335/S355 high-quality steel, our poles meet standards EN 40-3; EN 12767; BS EN 60529, ensuring unrivaled durability and strength.
Paint Finish: Lealite poles undergo meticulous mechanical cleaning and are finished with an electrostatically applied powder topcoat. Customize with any RAL colors for seamless integration with your brackets and fixtures.
Pole Caps: Each pole configured for fixture side mounting includes a removable pole cap. Poles designed for top configuration stand out without a pole cap, offering flexible design options.
Anchor Bolts: Our anchor bolts and hardware are fully galvanized for enduring protection, crafted from carbon steel bar meeting AASHTO and ASTM Grade-55 standards, ensuring reliability.
Pole Base: Equipped with slotted anchor bolt openings, our bases accommodate a variety of bolt circles. The base plate is meticulously welded circumferentially, top and bottom, for maximum stability.
Base Cover: Enhance the aesthetic and protection of your installation with our standard full base cover, available to meet your specific requirements.
Door Plate: Featuring a rectangular door plate with a steel cover, attachment bar, and machine screw, positioned 1M above the pole base for easy access and security.
Electrical Ground: An electrical ground lug is strategically positioned near the base-plate, with an optional hex-head bolt and nut available for enhanced grounding.
Terminal Block: Each pole includes a terminal block (fuse box) and DIN rail for a miniature circuit breaker, expertly mounted to a bolt within the opening door for safety and convenience.
