In order to effectively ensure the product quality, the company has prepared various caster testing facilities to make it clear that the products must be tested in strict accordance with the quality management standards before leaving the factory, such as product life test, salt spray test, impact resistance test and so on.
1.Q: Are you manufacture or trading company?
A: We are manufacture. Our factory has been specializing in all kinds of caster wheels since 2014.
2.Q: Where is your factory? Can I visit ?
A: Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong China. It's an hour's drive from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.
3.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: In general, within 20 days. It also depends on the order quantity.
4.Q: What is the term of payment?
A: Payment terms: 50% of deposit upon signing the PI, and balance will be cleared by T/T or L/C before delivery.
5.Q: Can I get some samples? And what's the timing?
A: Yes, samples are available at any time. We charge some sample cost and will return it during the next order.
6 .Q: How can your factory control the quality?
A: Quality is at the forefront of our commitments to our customers always. We have strict quality management process from raw

7. Q: What's the MOQ?
A:Normally we take the order no matter it's big or small. If your qty is less than 5pcs per SKU, we will arrange it in our sample room specially.
8. Q: Can I make my own brand?
A: Yes, we do both OEM and ODM, so you can make your own logo on the bags.
