Bulk package: We package 1 unit in one plastic bag, and 40 units in one carton. The size of carton is: 64*39*42CM, and the weight is about 15KG. We recommend our customers to choose bulk package, so that it can save a lot of air freight.
Retail package: We package 2 units in one blank white package. The size of the package is: 18.5CM*14.5CM*20.5CM.
Two years limited warranty. Warranty will not apply if the product has been tampered with, disassembled or damaged by misuse, accident, modification or unauthorized repair. If it is over our warranty period, it does not matter. We can send some problem components for you to repair. Normally our headsets can be used for more than 10 years.
