1. Main Feature
It is suitable for the processing of round holes, slot holes, key holes, special-shaped holes of industrialaluminum alloy profiles, doors and windows, curtain wall aluminum alloy profiles, and aluminum profile milling, chamfering, plane engraving and other processes.
The main shaft adopts an air-cooled electric main shaft with a power of 6KW and a rotation speed of 6000 to 18000 revolutions/min. It has high precision, good safety and high reliability.
The control system is equipped with professional graphics library and profile library, which is easy to operate and efficient.
The worktable is turned 180°, -90°~0°~+90°, the profile can be processed on three sides at one time. When processing deep through holes (shaped holes), deep hole processing can be realized by turning the worktable to improve efficiency and good quality. .
