A: Normally, samples will be charged and sent out by freight collect. But, for some stock items, we can offer you free samples, the freight should be paid by your side.

A: In general, MOQ for canister, actuator, inhalers and applicators is 50,000pcs

A: ISO9001, Meical Device and Packing Production Certificates

Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: Payment 50% T/T in advance, 50%balance before shipment. Long terms of payment could be supported base on further cooperation.

Q: Is eSonics a manufacturer or a trading company? And where is the head office.
A: eSonics is the integration of Manufacturer and trader. Our main production facility is located at Shanghai and Ningbo. Warmly welcome to visit us. You can inform us in advance and we could arrange the reception for you.

Q: We have our own idea, could you make it to a real product?
Yes. We have R&D team experienced on product and mold design, advanced CAD technical drawing and experienced mould maker, as well as perfect plastic exstrusion/injection blow molding/assembling production.

Q:Can you make the color for our actuator as per my request?
A:Any colors are available, we can customize according to Pantone No. or as per your actual sample.
