Multi Purpose Cut-off Throttling Regulating Tilting Disc Check Valve
3 functions in 1 valve

Δ This multifunctional valve mixes three different valves in one valve, instead of globe valve, regulating valve and check valve.
Glove valve, throttling valve and check valve are three kinds of valve necessary for conventional pipeline.This 3 in 1 multifunctional valve can completely replace these three valve. It reduces space occupation by about 67%, lower total weight by about 62% and save total cost by about 53% It is new generation product outstanding for its energy efficient and labor saving
Function one - Globe valve: It can stop flow when there is no pressure in the inlet line or at the time of maintenance. Close the valve by turning the stem clockwise so as to push the disc to lay on the seat.
Function two - Throttling valve: It can regulate flow and pressure according to request of downstream system. Turn clockwise to reduce flow and pressure, while turn counter clockwise to increase flow and pressure. Customer can adjust by the scale on the stem and the pressure gauge. (pressure gauge is not in the ordinary assembly for delivery security. Pease tell us if you need it in advance)
Function three - Check valve: When dump stops working, the spring loaded disc rapidly closes before the backflow brings damage to the equipment in line.
Straight type and Angle type exchanges easily:
Firstly remove the bolts and nuts connecting the upper body and lower body; Secondly turn the lower body by 180° degree. At last fasten the bolts and nuts in the original place.
