We provide disposable, water-proof,biodegradable pulp products, such as lunch boxes, wine trays, egg trays, etc. We promise that the raw materials used are 100% pulp that meets the quality, without adding other auxiliary raw materials, and there is no pollution to the environment. Our products can provide RoHS reports that comply with EU requirements, as well as biodegradable reports issued by third-party certified laboratories.
Our factory is specialized in the production of colored egg trays, to provide customers with personalized color needs, such as purple, green, blue, black, yellow and so on. The dyes used are also non-polluting to the environment and can also provide RoHS reports that meet EU requirements. Most of the domestic manufacturing factories in view of production efficiency, cost and color ratio and other factors, basically are not willing to produce colored egg trays, but our factory has enough confidence to provide quality products and services.

1) Q: What is the MOQ of the colored egg tray?
A: Normally we request 500,000pcs per customized color, as it will take long time and expense to clear the pulp tank, the colored egg tray may production in one time and improve the production efficiency. if you are interesting on the colored product, we can discuss the MOQ as special case.
2) Q:What is the lead time of the colored egg tray?
A: Normally factory production capacity is 80,000pcs per day.
3) Q: Whether can provide FOC colored egg tray samples?
A: Yes, we can provide the FOC sample for customer confirmation.
4) Q: whether can use customer's logo on egg tray by OEM business?
A: Yes, we provide the OEM business and for customer's logo ,which need develop new mold for mass productio.
