- Chamber structure: The main body of the chamber is welded by the liner ,door frame ,heating water jacket,covered by heat preservation layer and outer plate.

- Components ,pipes and accessories: All pipes ,which would connect ethylene oxide gas are made of stainless steel 304,and all of the sealing gaskets and seals which would connect EO gas are made of silicone rubber.
- Sealing door:The door of the sterilization cabinet performs revolving movement under the action of the cylinder, and the single door moves pneumatically; the door is sealed with an inflatable silicone rubber sealing ring; it is equipped with a check valve that cuts off power and air to prevent leakage, so there is no need to apply oil, and no vacuuming is required to open the door.
