The YRseries aluminum can lines produced by us are fully automatic. Each equipment of this series can work alone or form partial production lines according to client's needs. The main machines include Extrusion press, Trimmer cum brushing, can washer or degreasing Spray washing machine, Accumulator, Internal lacquering machine, Lacquer curing oven, Base-coating machine, 6-color or 8-color printing machine, Drying oven, and Necking machine, etc.
SJC03 can necking machine it is suitable for products like aluminum and hard aluminum to form the shoulder profile and curl.
Cans are fed in to the can holding chuck of the machine by conveyer. The working cycle includes bottom pressing, progressive neck and shoulder formation face milling, curling, cleaning and transmitting. The machine has 30 stations. It can work alone or form automatic aluminum can production line by connecting with other machines.

The machine is fully automatic. It can realize automatic procedures like letting cans in and out and rotating process. If cans are not pushed out completely, the machine would stop automatically. PLC and Ferguson indexer control the frequency and speed.
