SINOBAKE Stackable potato chips line is designed specifically for manufacturing fried potato chips, using Potato flake as main raw material, add tapioca starch, corn starch and other auxiliary materials. It achieves fully automated processing and pressing to produce consistent-shaped crispy chip products. The unique recycling system efficiently recovers scraps and trimmings, achieving extremely high utilization of raw materials.
The powdered materials are shaped into thin slices by gauge rollers, which are then rotary-cut into pieces before entering the oven, ensuring stable and consistent chip formation. The scraps are crushed into strips and then sent for secondary mixing by air blowing to achieve a fine particle size of the scraps and a uniform mixing ratio of new and old materials.
