Hydrogen Inhalation Starting out
Hydrogen Inhaler is quiet and straight when use. Just add distilled water, plug it in and inhale hydrogen at your time.
Use the single inlet cannula connected to the Hydrogen outlet.
Start breathing Hydrogen for about 1/2 hour per day in the beginning.
Then after a few days, you can increase to 1/2 hour in the morning and 1/2 hour in the evening.
In a week or two, change to an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening.
This break between sessions allows time for your body to return to its normal baseline levels.
