12k 300GSM unidirectional carbon fiber fabric is a reinforcing fabric for building structure,it was woven by high-performance carbon fiber.It has many significant advantages,such as:high tensile strength,wear resistance,corrosion resistance,durability and high temperature resistance.The tension of the fiber was strictly controlled during the production,fiber bundles was straight so to play the advantages of strength effectively,using a special setting process so to avoid loose distortion phenomenon when cutting,easy wet out,convenient operating.Mainly used for seismic reinforcement and other aspects of the building structure.

APPLICATION FIELDS:
For a variety of structural types and parts reinforcement and patching .such as beams,plates, columns,roof trusses,bridge piers,bridges beams,tube,shell and other structures.Suitable for reinforcement and seismic reinforcement of concrete structure and masonry structure in ports or hydropowder projects,Especially for complex structure in the form of curved surface or joint node.Grass-roots strength of concrete is not lower than the requirements of C15.Suitable for handling building using-loading increase,using-function changing,material aging, concrete strength grade lower than the design value,structural cracks handling,harsh environment component repairing,protective project.Working environmental temperature 5ºC to 35 ºC,relative humidity less than 70%.
The12k 300GSM unidirectional carbon fiber fabric should be keep dry in their original bags and stored in a suitable place,preferably at room temperature with 35-65% relative humidity.Avoid the sun, rain and fire.
PACKAGING:
SHIPMENT AND TRANSPORTATION:
1.Shipment by sea:for sea transportation,generally loading 20pallets(each 270kg.two layers)be loaded into 20 feet container.total net weight is 5.4metric tons.
2.transportation by truck:for truck transportation,generally 10 pallets(each 270kg,one layer) be loaded into truck.
3.transportation by rail:for rail transportation,generally 20 pallets(each 270kg,two layer)be loaded into train's container.
