A fixed in place Virtual Sign Projector with a vehicle tag is installed at the intersection which creates a 360 detection zone around it. This Virtual Sign Projector constantly communicates, monitors and detects vehicles fitted with a vehicle tag. This means that even if a vehicle is travelling through a blind spot or moving behind a shelf or a space that prevents it from being clearly seen, the system will detect its presence and warn drivers approaching so that they can take the necessary precautions. The detection zones are configurable, with a range of up to 30 meters. When a vehicle enters the Warning or Danger zones, the Virtual Sign projector projects a visual sign on the floor (STOP, Cautions etc.). The vehicle driver receives a "Watch out" or "Danger" message repeatedly. When an alarm occurs, the vehicle driver needs to press a button to acknowledge and mute it or wait until it is out of the "Warning" or "Danger" zone.
