Designed for continuous operation, the process begins with materials being fed into the washing machine by either a conveyor or manually. Initially, hot alkaline water is sprayed to effectively dilute oil stains. This is followed by a high-pressure hot water spray, and finally, a tap water rinse to complete the cleaning sequence. The cleaned materials then progress into the drying section where two sets of high-pressure fans remove residual water from the surface, and two high-temperature fans ensure thorough drying. The process concludes with the manual removal and orderly placement of the plastic baskets in a ventilated area.
