Introduction of high pressure homogeniser
pressure through an adjustable current-limiting gap process, the formation of loss of pressure expansion, explosion, shear, combined effect of high-speed collision, the particles and liquid droplets shatter into very small size, while creating an ideal solution or dispersion of emulsion. Product stability, consistency, mixed, and easy absorption, nutritional value, shelf life, flavor, color, security activities are realized in the homogeneous process.
Application:
It is widely used in food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, fine chemicals and bio-technology and other fields of production, scientific research and technological development.
1.For milk,soybean milk,could make fat globule thin observably,make it easy to assimilate.It is good to increase the edible value.
2.For ice cream,make the liquid fine and loosen and improve internal quality.
3.For emulsion,colloid,juice,serosity,could avoid and decrease the separated layers of liquid material,improve the appearance of liquid material,and make it identical coloury liquid.
4.As transportation pump usage
It will come into high pressure by our machine.Powder will be made by dryness equipment.Our machine is important process of manufactorying powder.

1.Noise of transmission is lower than noise of motor. The pointer of pressure meter is steady, and also the range of swing of pointer is less than 2M Pa.
