A: Yes, we welcome to order samples to test and check the quality. Mixing samples is acceptable.
Q2, how about the lead time?
A: It takes 3~5 days for samples, and it takes 1-2 weeks for the order quantity to exceed the mass production time
Q3, Do you have MOQ limit for led light order?
A: MOQ is low, 1 piece sample inspection is available
Q4, How do you ship and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airlines and sea freight are also optional.

A: First of all, let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly, we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly, the customer confirms the sample and pays the deposit for the official order.

A: First of all, our products are produced under strict quality control system, and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the warranty period, we will send new lights with a new order, the quantity is small. For defective batches of products, we will repair them and resend them to you, or we can discuss solutions including re-recall on a case-by-case basis.
