Pengcheng's fully sealed Oil-immersed Power Transformer boasts low loss, low noise, and high efficiency, resulting in significant energy savings and reduced pollution. Unlike ordinary oil-immersed transformers, the fully sealed transformer eliminates the need for an oil conservator, with oil volume changes automatically adjusted and compensated for by the elasticity of the corrugated sheet of the corrugated oil tank. The transformer is isolated from the air to prevent and slow down oil and insulation aging, enhancing operational reliability and avoiding maintenance during normal operation.
- The transformer core is made of imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets stacked together, which greatly reduces the no-load loss and no-load current, and the core is tied to ensure the tightness of the core and reduce noise.
- High and low voltage windings are wound with oxygen-free copper, low voltage winding 500kVA and below adopts double-layer cylindrical structure, 630kVA and above adopts double-helix or quadruple-helix structure, and high-voltage winding adopts multi-layer cylindrical structure.
- Transformer linkage adopts Dyn11, reducing the impact of harmonics on the power grid and improving the quality of power supply.
- Transformer is fully sealed structure, prolonging service life, free of lifting centre, free of maintenance, and the measured noise is lower than the standard.
