1. What's your glass bottle price?
The price depends on the order quantity, delivery port in China, any decorations on the bottle, and the cap material. Please provide more details about your requirements so we can offer an accurate quote.2. How do you control the product quality?
We have a professional QC department and adhere to strict quality inspection standards.
3. What is the broken rate during transport?
Each bottle is packed with a divider inside the box and enclosed in a PE bag to prevent dust and scratches. Palletized cartons are also available to avoid damage during transport. The breakage rate is under 2%, and we will compensate for any broken items by sending free bottles with your next order.
4. What's your MOQ for customized color?
Our MOQ is 5000 PCS per color. Please provide your Pantone color code.
We always have regular colors like clear, matte black, glossy black, amber, and frosted in stock. Any quantity for these colors is acceptable.
5. How can I get a sample to check?
We offer up to 20 sets of free bottles and caps. Freight costs will be negotiated.
We support freight collect via DHL, FedEx, ***, and UPS.
6. What's your payment term?
We accept a 30% T/T deposit, with the remaining 70% to be paid before loading.
7. What's the normal lead time?
For stock products, we can ship within 5-7 days after receiving your payment.
For customized bottles, delivery time is approximately 35 days after receiving the deposit.
8. What are your shipping terms?
Due to the weight of glass, shipping by sea or train is preferred.
For urgent orders, we can also arrange air shipping.
