30mm NIJ hexagonal SSIC silicon carbide body armor bulletproof plate 3.5-14 thickness
* Ballistic Material for the Plates:
i) Alumina(AL2O3) Ceramic Tiles & Dyneema UHMW-PE Backing (III-IV)
ii) Silicon Carbide( SIC) Ceramic Tiles & Dyneema UHMW-PE Backing (III-IV)
iii) 100% Pure Dyneema UHMW-PE( III / III+/ III++)
* Application: armor plates for bulletproof vest, ballistic shield,bulletproof wall,vehicle armor,ship armor and etc..
* Ballistic Protection Performance: certified NIJ-STD-0101.06 level III / III+ / III++ / IV against high threat 7.62mm AP / API rifle ammo,multi-hits capabilities.
* Construction
i) in conjuction with (ICW.) IIIA or lower threat level soft armor panel;
ii) Stand Alone(SA.),which means it can protect against the III/IV rating rifle threat without any soft armor ballistic panels / inserts.
* Size: 250mm×300mm (standard),280*360mm, 300*350mm,350*400mm, 600*600mm, 800*800mm, 1200*1200mm, 1600*1600mm,1200*1600mm,150*200mm,100*150mm, 200*200mm / custom size

i) durable black colored water proof nylon fabric padded with foaming cloth on the edge of the plates (standard) ;
ii) wrapped with wear resistance elastic strap or rubber frame on the edge of the plates (optional);
iii) advanced Line-X( polyurea) coating finish all around the plate surface (optional)
