Introduction:Spiral welded pipe Production Line is a series of machines used to roll steel strips by a certain angle and produce spiral welded pipes.
A front swing type spiral pipe mill is the typical traditional spiral pipe mill. It operates uncontinuously but has the advantage of low investment, compact design and capability of extra-length pipe production.
Production Flow:
Uncoiler → Peeler → Pinch and leveler → Electric vertical roller(1) → Hydraulic shear → Coil end welder→ Electric vertical roller(2) → Edge trimmer → Electric vertical roller(3)→ Delivery machine → Guiding Beam → Electric vertical roller(4) → Forming machine → Inner welding →Outer welding → Guide device →Flying plasma cut → Pipe run out conveyor and racks
