Product introduction:
Introduction of conductive glass fiber reinforced plastic anode tube:
Wet electrostatic precipitator (FOG) device is mainly used to remove the moisture in the gas dust, mist, water droplets, aerosol, PM2.5, tar and other harmful substances, is the ideal dedusting equipment control of atmospheric dust pollution. Widely used in electric power, metallurgy, boiler, chemical industry, waste incineration, building materials and other industries, the depth of the wet flue gas purification, ultra low ultra clean emissions.
Conductive glass anode tube is mainly used in the wet electrostatic precipitator (FOG), esp, dust removal equipment, such as dust removal of the anode module.
For the wet electrostatic precipitator (FOG) is the conductive glass steel anode tube for hexagonal pipe specifications, diameter 250mm~400mm, length up to 6 meters, the wall thickness of about 3mm. The anode tube module is composed of a plurality of regular hexagon tubes.
The number of anode module can be customized according to customer's requirement, and the whole set of modules is assembled by the end flange and the external reinforcement.
The inner and outer layers of FRP conductive carbon fiber anti-corrosion resin layer, the middle layer of glass fiber reinforced layer, the outer layer of glass fiber + organic fiber resin layer.
