| Q: Are you manufacturer or trading company ? |
| A: 100% manufacturer in Guanzghou + 17 years paper experience. Near by Guangzhou port and Shenzhen port. |
| Q: If I need sample, what I need to do? and how long can I have sample? |
| A: If there is stock,sample will be sent in 24hrs. If not,it takes 3~5 days. But if it is special size and requirments, or small order Qty, there will be sample charge. And for express charge will afford by customer. |
| Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control? |
| A: For all goods finished, there will be 100% inspect check the goods before package, and will double verify before ship from factory. |
| Q: What info I need to provide if I want to get the price? |
| A:Product material, size, color, order Qty, porduct used enviroment, trend terms(FOB or CIF or Ex-work), destination port. and other special requirments. |

| A: To make OEM preprinted rolls, we would request either artwork in PDF, CDR format with |
| sizes & pantone color in details, or an exact sample sent to our factory by air. |
| Q: what is cost for OEM preprinted sample rolls? |
| A: Before making your OEM preprinted rolls, we collect printing plate cost 200~500usd based on the complexity |
| of artwork. It usually takes us 5~7 days to finish printing. Upon approval of artwork and confirmation of |
| your order in bulk quantity, the plate cost would be credited from your order payment. |
| Q: what is cost for OEM preprinted rolls? |
| A: Printing cost is related to quantity of each order and # of artwork colors. Please contact us freely with your |

| Q: what is your minimum quantity? |
| A: we donot request MQQ. We welcome test and trial orders, which we believe, would definitely lead to bigger |
