Q1: What's the MOQ for wholesale order?
A1: Our MOQ is flexible and can be negotiated. We accept lower quantities for your trial order. Kindly tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost for you, hope you can place large orders after checking the quality of our products and know our service. Q2: Can I get samples firstly? How long is the sample lead time?
A2: Sure, we welcome sample for quality test, showroom display and market test. We usually send samples by international express like FEDEX, UPS, TNT, or DHL. Sample time is 3-5 working days based on your design.
Q3: Do you sell your own logo or do our logo also?
A3: We can do custom logo, just send us your logo file and requests, we will make mock up firstly for you to check. After confirmation, we will start production based on the mock up.
Q4: What file format you need if I want my own logo and design?
A4: We have experienced design and technical team, if you want to bulid your own design, you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique. Any questions you can contact us, we will give you quick responses.
Q5: Do you have stocks for fast delivery?
