After price confirmation, you can require samples to check our quality. If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost. But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.

Q4: Can you do the design for us?
Yes, we have a professional team with rich experience in manufacturing. We are able to supply customized sizes, grades of material, and coating. Q5: How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the samples charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready in 1-5 days for the regular specification. Or it will take about 15 days to produce new samples. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you don't have an account.

Q6: What is your payment term?
Normally,T/T 30% down payment, 70% balance to be paid before shipment. or  Irrevocable L/C at sight.

Q7: What about the lead time for mass production?
Usually will be around 30~35days.
