2. Product Warranty
For most of the machine are 1 year warranty, but for some key parts of the machine, like heating tubes can be 8 years warranty and gas burner 5 years warranty, and lifetime technical support.
3. Spare Parts:
We can provide free spare parts if the order reach 5,000 USD, according to the order amount and products.
If the order is less than 5,000 USD, the customers can purchase the spare parts with the goods.
Spare parts will be shipped together with the goods.
