1) equipment: semi-automatic or manual screen printing machine can be used.

2) Mesh: 70-150 mesh polyester mesh and stainless steel, net tension: 14-18 Newton

3) scraper: hardness of 60-70 degrees polyurethane material, scratch angle: 60-80 degrees

4) Drying conditions: 25 degree ,30 minutes; 50degree, 15 minutes; 70 degree, 5 minutes
