Working principleThis Double Air Screen Cleaner to screen: By winnowing and grading.
The material is first lifted into the air screen by an Elevator, because the weight is different, light impurities are separated by cyclone. Then it enters the vibration grader, and the material is divided into large, medium, and small sizes by precision sieve holes of different specifications.
Finally, through the second vertical air screen at the rear end, the light impurities remaining in the material are subjected to secondary air separation treatment, which greatly improves the cleaning effect and output.
