The working principle of the clamping die is to provide power through a hydraulic or pneumatic system so that it can tightly clamp the pipe. During the working process of the pipe bending machine, the clamping die first clamps the pipe, and then as the pipe bending die rotates and advances, the pipe bends and deforms under the pressure of the pipe bending die. The design of the clamping die usually needs to take into account factors such as the size, material and bending radius of the pipe to ensure that sufficient clamping force is provided during the pipe bending process without damaging the surface of the pipe.

The feeding of the pipe bending machine is the key part to achieve accurate feeding of the pipe. It is responsible for feeding the pipe into the bending area according to the predetermined path and speed. The feeding mechanism usually includes components such as a feeding trolley, a clamp, and a transmission device. During the pipe bending process, the feeding trolley moves along the guide rail, the clamp holds the pipe, and is driven by an electric motor or other power source to achieve linear feeding of the pipe.

The head of the pipe bending machine is the core component in the pipe bending process, which is responsible for bending the pipe into the required shape. The head is usually composed of a pipe bending die, a pipe bending shaft, a pipe bending head seat, etc. The function of the pipe bending head is to fix the pipe bending die and the pipe bending shaft to ensure the accuracy and stability of the pipe bending. By adjusting the position of the pipe bending die and the pipe bending shaft, the bending angle and bending radius of the pipe can be controlled.
