The chassis is an extremely important part for mining equipment. It carries various impacts during the operation of the entire vehicle, and other systems (such as electrical system, hydraulic system, fire extinguishing system, control system, lubrication system) are all installed on the chassis. The quality of chassis directly affects the efficiency and overall lifespan of the equipment.
With years of experiences in underground mining field, we know better how to manufacture good chassis for LHD/Scooptram, dumping truck and auxiliary vehicles. Our products can well replace and use on Sandvik`, Epiroc`(Atlas Copco) and CAT` machines.
We design the various products for different tough work conditions.
We choose high-strength steel, the anti-rally filler wire and the advanced welding machine as our processing equipment. We polish and blast the surface of the buckets, so the products are much robust and smooth.
