Product Description
Specially designed for
aluminum rotor casting of small size which used in washing machine, fan, air conditioner, cooler and refrigerator compressor, small size water pump etc.
Specially designed
4 rotary working stations;
it can do the rotor stack loading (robot can be included for separate offer), working table rotation, casting, runner removing, rotor cooling, unloading automatically.
Also the aluminum filling can be in auto (robot can be included for separate offer)
The tooling (the aluminum tank) has auto-lubrication device to extend the tooling life, upgrade the rotor quality and meanwhile benefit the environment.
The machine has auto liquid splash proof system (lifting door at the operator side) to ensure the safety operation.
