Advanced air cooling structure refrigeration system
All copper tube evaporator, with high efficiency and stability of the compressor, a reasonable condensation heat distribution, to provide a guarantee for stable cooling
Special foam insulation material
The temperature difference between inside and outside of MDW-40 series can reach 70 degrees,to add a layer of vacuum insulation panel in the original special polyurethane foam layer, visible wall thickness reduced by half, without increasing the area of the case, more space for storage
Safety guarantee
The alarm module continuously monitors the surrounding environment and the system running state to ensure the safety and reliability of the whole machine
Two kinds of alarm modes, buzzing and flashing,can be observed easily.
Alarm modes include: high and low temperature alarm, power failure alarm, temperature controller failure alarm, condenser fault alarm, door switch abnormal alarm, to ensure the normal operation of the machine
Power-off protection
Multiple devices start to run at the same time ,giving a big impact on the power grid when the power supply was restored ,may causeing tripping of the circuit breaker. Start delay function which is specially designed for it may delay a few minutes to start in the recovery period , the machine can be re run smoothly.
Precise microcomputer temperature control
Microcomputer control system, digital temperature display, to ensure the normal operation of the whole machine
Accurate electronic temperature control,to get the accuracy of 0.1ºC
Excellent cooling layout, to get -10~-40ºC adjustable interior temperature
Remote monitoring and SMS alarm can be realized through the matching monitoring module and the special software Anti-tamper and misoperation
