Input capacity 300kg to 700kg per hour,cable diameter range 0.2mm to 50mm,with or without electrostatic separator depend on copper conductor dia.,copper and pvc purity up to 99%,full automatic ,save labor. We provide free training, easy operation, PLC control.

4. Process

Cable wire recycling machine consist of pre-shredder,granulator,vibrating separator,conveyor belt and cyclone etc,0.2mm to 50mm cable wire shredded, crushed by granulator then separated by vibrating separator, copper granules and plastic (PVC) granules will come through different outlets, purity up to 99%. The whole process is controlled by PLC.
