Two Vessel Beer Brewing Equipment
If you want to build a brewery for commercial purpose, and you are at initial stage, I would suggest you start from 400L 4HL at least. The initial investment is not so large compare with micro brewery system. To save budget, we can consider two vessle brewhouse, the brewhouse combination is MLT + KWT, without extra hot water tank. We can heat the water from KWT directly, and then used for first batch mashing. After wort heat exchanging, the heated water can be recycled to MLT, and use for next batch mashing. It will help save energy. For 400L 4HL brewery, the heating method can be electric. It is most economic type. Basically, one set of complete brewery system includes Grain Miller, Beer Brewhouse, Fermentation Unitank, Glycol Cooling System, Brewery Control Cabinet, CIP system etc. Of course, the brewhouse configurations can be adjusted according to real demands.
