1.The hot air circulating oven adopts a high temperature resistant long-axis circulating fan, and the forced hot air heated by an electric heating tube or a steam heat exchanger is circulated in the box, which enhances the heat transfer, increases the moisture evaporation rate, and shortens the drying time. The whole box adopts a fully enclosed structure, and most of the hot air circulates in the box, rationally exhausting hot and humid air and replenishing fresh air, high thermal efficiency, energy saving, and uniform drying of materials under the effect of forced ventilation. The oven is equipped with an automatic temperature control system with precise temperature control.
2.There is an adjustable air distribution plate in the supply box, which uses forced ventilation to make the relative temperature more uniform. The heat source can be electricity, steam, hot air stove, heat pump, etc., with a wide range of choices. The oven adopts a low-noise energy-saving built-in long-axis circulating fan with balanced operation, which greatly reduces the noise and heat loss of the equipment. The oven is equipped with a forced dehumidification centrifugal fan, which can periodically discharge the hot and humid air in the oven, which can speed up the efficiency while achieving an energy-saving state.
