Our factory has six workshops and twelve warehouses, covering an area of over 40,000 square meters. The daily production capacity is 900,000 glass bottles. We have more than 460 workers, of which more than 60 are senior technicians and experienced managers and consultants.

1.Q: Can I get a sample?
A: Of course you can, we can provide 2-3 pieces each for free if we have samples.

2.Q: What is the order quantity?
A: Normally, the order quantity of our existing goods stock is 2000 pieces.

3.Q: What is the normal delivery time?
A: For custom products, the delivery time is about 30 days. For stock products, once the order is confirmed, delivery is within 3-5 days.

4.Q: What kind of customization services do you offer?
Silkscreen printing, color printing, painting, baking, frosting, labeling, hot stamping/silver, lid, packaging, etc.

5.Q: About quality control.
A: QC team strictly controls the quality during and after the production process. The glass products passed CE, FDA, LFGB and otherinternational food grade tests.

6.Q: What kind of payment methods do you accept?
T/T ,LC For normal bulk shipments, we accept 30% advance payment of the value of the goods. For small volume shipments, we require 100% prepayment.

7.Q: I want to custom design a product, what is the process?
First, communicate fully and let us know the details you need (design, shape, weight, capacity, quantity).
Second, we will provide an approximate price of the mold and the unit price of the product.
Third, if the price is acceptable, we will provide design drawings for your inspection and confirmation.
Fourth, after you confirm the drawing, we will start making the mold.
Fifth, trial production and feedback. Sixth, production and delivery.

8.Q: How much does the mold cost?
For bottles, please let me know the usage, weight, quantity and size of the bottles you need so that I can know which machine is suitable and provide you with the cost of the molds. For caps, please let me know the details of the design and the number of caps you need so that we can have an idea of the mold design and the cost of the mold. For custom logos, no molds are required and the cost is low, but a license is required.
