Also there is a free software inside the TF card,the users can use it to edit some simple programs,such as text,logo,etc and then save them into the required format in SD card.Then the laser projector can display them out once identify the file. 3. The laser has the ILDA interface that the users can use the laser control software,such as Quickshow,Beyond to control it. 4. Q: What package does your company use?
A: PE bag with kraft carton package ,using the EPE for safeguard,standard carton box suits for exporting,
they will protect the light well.
Q: When will you ship the product after I send the money?
A: It depends the order.Small order will take 2-3 days.
If we have stock of the light,we will ship it in the next day.
Q: If the light has some problems,do you have some after sales service?
A: Yes. First,you need send pictures or videos to let us make sure what's the problem about the product. If this is a problem we can use parts to solve,we will send the replacements in free and bear the shipping fee. If the problem can not be solved, we will give you discounts in your next order for compensation.
