Δ Aftersales Service
We can provide all the spare parts of our generators quickly.
Guarantee for one year or 1000 hours (accord to whichever reaches first) from ex-factory date. During the warranty period, our company will provide for free the easy damaged spare parts for problems caused by our quality of production or raw materials EXCEPT the damageable spare parts caused by customer's incorrect man-made operation.
After expiration, paid spare parts and maintenance for genset are available.

Question: What's your warranty period?
Answer: Our warranty period is 1 year or 1000 running hours. For some special projects, we can extend our warranty period.
Question: Does your generators has global warranty?
Answer: Yes, most of our products like Cummins, Doosan generators enjoy the global warranty service. And the alternators we use like Leroysomer, Stamford, marathon also enjoy the global warranty service, so do not worry about the aftersales service.
Question: Do you accept OEM/ODM service?
Answer: Yes, we accept customization service.
Question: What's your payment terms?
Answer: We can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance 70% before shipment or L/C at sight, L/C deferred payment terms or west union.
Question: What's your delivery time?
Answer: Our normal delivery time is 15-25 working days. Special customized orders may have longer lead time.
