Main Feature
Guangyuan offers both non-ferrous and ferrous controlled processing equipment. Depending on the given material, this equipment is capable of full induction annealing, process annealing, or stress relieving. Induction annealing offers a number of attractive advantages over flame, including localized heating, easy control or elimination of a required controlled atmosphere, and rapid heating which permits minimum space allocation in a plant layout, particularly in continuous annealing operations.
Induction annealing offers excellent options for heat control, as the entire process can be optimally fine-tuned to achieve the desired material properties via the frequency, power and (see Brazing) annealing time. This guarantees a high quality of heat treatment and ensures reproducibility, an especially important aspect of mass production.
