1: Can you provide us sample, is it free or need to pay?
- Free for standard items, only need to charge Express fee properly. (No need charge the express fee if you have your freight collect account like Fedex DHL TNT...) Customized samples need to charge sample fee, the sample fee is refundable after placing order.
2: What is the lead time for samples?
- It depends on which style is, if we're not in busy season, usually it takes 2-7 days.
3: What is the lead time for delivery?
- In general we are able to manufacture orders of a 40 HC container items within 15-30 days since order of confirmation fixed.
4: Can I have our own design?
- Sure you can, we offer OEM and ODM service, we can do customized style, logo, packing, etc.
5: What is the minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
- For bulk production, small quantity is acceptable, please have your inquiry with us, we would check with our warehouse and our availabel stock to find a available solution. Welcome to contact us for details.
